A: To get started, you’ll need to fill out the form above with your information and select your top three preferred matches.
Q: How is eligibility determined?
A: After you submit the form, we will review your information against our records to determine eligibility. You will be notified via email with your status and next steps.
Q: Can I choose which match I attend?
A: As part of the form submission, you will be asked to select your top three preferred matches. While we will do our best to accommodate your preferences, match selection is subject to availability and is not guaranteed.
Q: How many tickets will I receive?
A: Eligible fans will receive two (2) complimentary tickets.
Q: What if I want to purchase additional tickets on top of the two complimentary tickets?
A: Unfortunately, due to inventory limitations and availability, additional tickets purchased will not be located next to your complimentary tickets.
Q: Where will my seats be located?
A: Seats may be located throughout the stadium and specific locations are not guaranteed.
Q: Can I transfer or resell my tickets?
A: No. Tickets are non-transferable and cannot be resold. This program is designed specifically for first-time fans to personally experience a match at Energizer Park. To ensure as many new fans as possible have the opportunity to attend, tickets must be used by the individual who registered for the offer and their guest.
Q: Is availability guaranteed?
A: No. Ticket availability is limited and subject to match inventory. St. Louis CITY SC reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, suspend, or terminate the offer at any time, including but not limited to changes in eligibility, availability, or fulfillment.
