Connecting your CITY App account to your SeatGeek account

Matchdays are all about the experience, which is why we’re simplifying your tickets in the St Louis CITY SC App. By connecting your SeatGeek account, you will be able to buy, transfer and scan your tickets without leaving the CITY App. Your access to every CITY match is now all in one place.

In the CITY app, tap MY CITY and then ACCESS TICKETS.

Log into your SeatGeek Account. Or, you can create a new one during this step.

Tap Authorize to grant access and link your accounts.

Your account is now linked. Now you can view, manage, purchase, or transfer your tickets to upcoming CITY matches or scan for entry on matchday all directly from the CITY App.

How to Transfer Tickets

Once you have your tickets, you will be able to send them to your friends and family directly from the St. Louis CITY SC App!

  1. Tap MY CITY in the CITY App, tap Access Tickets, select a ticket, and you'll see an option to Send your tickets.
  2. Select Send, choose the number of tickets you want to send, and the recipient for each transfer.
  3. Hit the green Send option at the bottom and your tickets will be sent!
