St. Louis CITY SC announced today that twelve players from St. Louis CITY SC’s academy have signed National Letters of Intent to continue their careers at the collegiate level.
“On behalf of our entire Academy staff at St. Louis CITY SC, we are extremely proud and excited for these players to continue their careers at the collegiate level,” said St. Louis CITY SC Academy Director Dale Schilly. “Seeing their development over the past few years has been extremely rewarding and we wish them all the best as they take the next step in their careers.”
Midfielder Braden Benyr has signed with Saint Louis University in the fall of 2025 alongside midfielder Jack DiMaria, defender Kai Jaeger, defender Jacksen McNeal, defender Nick Schramm, defender Carter Knodle, and goalkeeper Lucas McPartlin, who will take a gap year before joining his fellow Billikens.
Goalkeeper, Nick Bishop, who has been a part of St Louis CITY2 since 2024 and has started 12 matches in his professional career, earning three clean sheets, has signed his National Letter of Intent with the University of Pittsburgh.
Forward Ryan Dugan will play collegiate soccer at the University of North Carolina Chapel Hill and recently scored his first professional goal with CITY2 on June 15 in a 3-2 win against Colorado Rapids 2.
Additionally, forward Edin Clark has signed with University of Missouri Kansas City, defender Anden Ellis will play at Southern Methodist University, and goalkeeper Andrew Kohlberg will play at the University of North Carolina Asheville.
