St Louis CITY2 defender Sidney Paris has earned a call-up to the Puerto Rico Men’s National Team ahead of its four CONCACAF Nations League matches against Guyana, Dominica, and the Cayman Islands from September 24 through October 4. Paris has represented Puerto Rico’s senior national team for three years, making 17 starts. Â
Paris, alongside his teammates, will play four matches during the international window, beginning with a match against Guyana on September 24. Then, Puerto Rico will face Dominica on September 27 and the Cayman Islands on October 1, and before closing out the window against Dominica once again on October 4.Â
The defender has made 19 appearances and 15 starts for CITY2 this season. Most recently, he scored his first professional goal against North Texas SC on August 28. Paris also spent time with CITY SC’s first team during the club’s preseason camps in January and February.
