TACOMA, WA - St Louis CITY2 fell 4-1 on the road to Tacoma Defiance on Saturday night at Starfire Sports Complex. The Defiance opened the scoring with an own goal off Jaziel Orozco. CITY2 dominated possession with 64% throughout the first half but were unable to find the back of the net. In the second half, Tacoma notched three more goals to go up 4-0, but Matteo Kidd got CITY2 on the board in the 88th minute. The goal was Kidd’s first of the season. St Louis will return home to Energizer Park next Sunday, May 4, to face Houston Dynamo 2 for the first time this season at 4:00 p.m. CT.
