LOADED PAYMENT IN THE CITY APP

For specific ticket holders, CITY has loaded your ticket with funds that you may be able to use at any Food and Beverage Concession at CITYPARK! When you order or pay through the CITY App, your myCITY+ 10% discount is automatically applied.

Before using your loaded funds:

Remember, your Loaded Funds will only appear on Matchday.

How it Works

  • It's Matchday! Check your myCITY card in the CITY App's GO action menu to see your loaded funds.
  • If you do not see your loaded funds, please reach out to your ticketing representative.
  • While you are visiting CITYPARK, there's a few ways that you can use your loaded funds at Concessions.

Through the CITY App with CITY GO

  1. Open the CITY App, tap GO
  2. Tap Order Food
  3. Select "Ticket Voucher" in the Payment Drawer
  4. Tap Complete Payment to finish.

Through our self-serve Kiosks

  1. When ready to pay, press the "MOBILE WALLET" button on the Kiosk
  2. Open the CITY App, tap GO
  3. Tap Scan Code & Pay
  4. Select "Ticket Voucher" in the Payment Drawer
  5. Tap Complete Payment to finish.

With the Cashier

  1. Let our CITYPARK cashier know that'd you'd like to pay with CITY Pay
  2. Open the CITY App, tap GO
  3. Tap Scan Code & Pay
  4. Select "Ticket Voucher" in the Payment Drawer
  5. Tap Complete Payment to finish.

FOR ADDITIONAL HELP

If you are not seeing your loaded funds or the Scan Code & Pay action item in the GO menu in the CITY App:

  • Remember, your balance will only show on the day of the match.
  • Make sure you have updated to the latest version of the CITY App. Check the App version here.
  • Reach out to your ticketing representative, if the above two methods didn't help.

If you are having problems placing an order with your loaded funds, find the nearest CITYPARK staff member and let them know.
