OFFICIAL RULES (“OFFICIAL RULES”)

ELIGIBILITY: RIVALRY ROAD TRIP CONTEST Promotion (the “Promotion”) is open to legal residents who live within a seventy-five (75) mile radius around CITYPARK in St. Louis, Missouri (the “Territory”) who are of legal age of majority in the jurisdiction in which they reside (and at least 21 years old) at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors (including immediate family members (spouse, parent, child and sibling and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and members of the same household, whether or not related) of Anheuser-Busch, LLC, (the “Sponsor”), TKFC LC (d/b/a St. Louis CITY SC (also a “Sponsor”)), Major League Soccer, L.L.C. (“MLS”), and Soccer United Marketing, L.L.C. (“SUM,” and collectively with Sponsors and MLS, the “MLS Entities”) and each of their respective parents, affiliated companies, subsidiaries, licensees, distributors, dealers, retailers, printers and advertising and promotion agencies, and any and all other companies associated with the Promotion are not eligible to participate or win a prize. The Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws, rules and regulations. Void seventy-five (75) miles outside CITYPARK in St. Louis, Missouri and where prohibited or restricted by law, rule or regulation.

PURPOSE OF PROMOTION: Anheuser-Busch, LLC and St. Louis CITY SC want to highlight the rivalry between St. Louis CITY SC and Sporting Kansas City by allowing fans to enter-to-win a once in a lifetime road trip experience to Kansas City for a match between St. Louis CITY SC and Sporting Kansas City. All fans must be 21 years of age or older to enter.

HOW TO ENTER: A computer or mobile device with internet access is required to participate in this Promotion. Promotion will begin at 12:00 a.m. Central Daylight Time (“CDT”) on April 20, 2024 and ends at 11:59 p.m. CDT on June 20, 2024 (“Promotion Period”). The methods of entry are outlined below. No other methods of entry will be accepted. Multiple entries will not be accepted.

(a) Facebook: During the Promotion Period, look for St. Louis CITY SC’s Promotion post inviting followers to enter for a chance to win a prize. Reply with a photo or video showing your CITY spirit and include in the caption copy #UltraRivalryRoadtrip (an “Entry”). You must be a registered user of Facebook and follow St. Louis CITY SC on Facebook in order to enter this Promotion via Facebook. Facebook registration is free and can be obtained by logging on to **www.facebook.com** and following the online instructions to open an account. Your settings must be set to “unprotected” and/or “public” in order for your posts to be viewable by Sponsors and their agents. Only posts that are viewable by Sponsors and their agents will be considered an Entry.

(b) Instagram: During the Promotion Period, post a photo or video showing your CITY spirit and include in the caption copy #UltraRivalryRoadtrip (also an “Entry”). You must be a registered user of Instagram and follow @stlCITYsc on Instagram in order to enter this Promotion via Instagram. Instagram registration is free and can be obtained by logging on to **www.instagram.com** and following the online instructions to open an account. Your settings must be set to “unprotected” and/or “public” in order for your posts to be viewable by Sponsors and their agents. Only posts that are viewable by Sponsors and their agents will be considered an Entry.

(c) Twitter: During the Promotion Period, post a photo or video showing your CITY spirit and include in the caption copy #UltraRivalryRoadtrip (also an “Entry”). You must be a registered user of Twitter and follow @stlCITYsc on Twitter in order to enter the Promotion via Twitter. Twitter registration is free and can be obtained by logging on to **https://www.twitter.com** and following the online instructions to open an account. Your settings must be set to “unprotected” and/or “public” in order for your posts to be viewable by Sponsors and their agents. Only posts that are viewable by Sponsors and their agents will be considered an Entry.

(d) QR Code: Use your smart phone or other web-enabled device with data plan to scan the Promotion quick response (“QR”) code featured on signs or promotional materials at participating locations with the QR read application already installed on your phone. You will be directed to a mobile Web page at www.stlcitysc.com/ULTRARivalryRoadTrip (a “Website”) where you may complete and submit a photo or video entry showing your CITY spirit, including providing your first name, last name, email, and birthdate.

(e) Website: Use your smart phone or other web-enabled device with data plan and go to www.stlcitysc.com/ULTRARivalryRoadTrip (a “Website”) where you may complete and submit a photo or video entry showing your CITY spirit, including providing your first name, last name, email, and birthdate.

All Entries will become the property of the Sponsors and will not be acknowledged or returned. By entering the Promotion, you represent and agree that you have acquired, prior to submission of the entry, permissions, including, without limitation, permission to use names and likenesses, from individuals included in any submitted photo or video for entry to the Promotion subject to the terms of these Official Rules. If any identifiable person appearing in the entry is under the age of majority in his/her state of residence, the parent or legal guardian is required to provide permission. Sponsor reserves the right to require proof of these permissions in a form acceptable to Sponsor from any entrant at any time. However, only the primary entrant is eligible to win a Prize. The Entry must be original, truthful, unpublished, and created solely by the submitting entrant. In case of a dispute over the identity of an entrant who submitted a potentially winning Entry, Sponsors reserve the right to deem that the Entry was submitted by the registered accountholder of the email, as applicable, at the time of Entry.

Entries cannot defame or invade the publicity rights or privacy of any person, living or deceased, or otherwise infringe upon any person’s personal or property rights or any other third-party rights. There must not be any proprietary background containing artwork or recognizable commercial logos, or any inappropriate or offensive materials in the entry. Entries that are incomplete, illegible, garbled, late, damaged, or corrupted are void and will not be accepted. Entries that are not in keeping with a Sponsor’s image or that are otherwise not in compliance with these Official Rules, may be disqualified by Sponsors in their sole discretion. By entering, you agree to assign all right, title, and interest, including copyright rights, in the photos/videos and the entry to Sponsors and grant permission for Sponsors and the other MLS Entities and their respective designees the right to use the photos/videos and any other portion of the entry including, without limitation in promotions and advertisements for Sponsors, worldwide in perpetuity, without notice or permission and without further compensation, except where prohibited by law.

All information submitted by entrants is subject to, and will be treated in a manner consistent with MLSsoccer.com’ Terms of Service accessible at http://www.mlssoccer.com/terms-of-service, and Privacy Policy accessible at http://www.mlssoccer.com/privacy-policy (both of which are incorporated herein by reference).

ELECTION OF WINNERS AND JUDGING CRITERIA*:\* All entries received during the Promotion Period will be judged by a committee of three (3) judges (the “Committee”) selected solely by St. Louis CITY SC , in their discretion. There will be no less than ten (10) entrants selected as winners (each a “Winner”) by the Committee, in its sole discretion, throughout the Promotion Period from among all entries received during the Promotion Period. Any decision of the Committee is final with respect to selecting the Winners.

Each Winner of a Prize will be selected by the Committee based on an entrant’s support of, and fan engagement for, CITY during away games as shown by the entries (a) originality, (b) quality, and (c) fervor in support of CITY.

SELECTION DEADLINES: There will be no less than ten (10) winners (each, a “Winner”) selected by Sponsor throughout the Promotion Period at Sponsor’s discretion from all eligible entries received by the applicable selection deadline.

PRIZES: Each Winner will receive the following prize:

First Prize (10 Total): Two (2) suite tickets for the match between St. Louis CITY SC and Sporting Kanas City in Kansas City on July 20, 2024, two (2) tickets on VIP Chauffeured Bus transportation and one (1) night hotel accommodation for two (2) guests at “LIVE” by Loews on July 20, 2024, through July 21, 2024. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) is $600.00.

  • Second Prize (1 Total): Four (4) Together Credit Union Club tickets and (4) Pre-Game Field Passes for the match between St. Louis CITY SC and Sporting Kansas City in St. Louis on September 28, 2024. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) is $350.00.

The prize package above is considered a “Prize”. Each Winner is fully responsible for any and all applicable federal, state, and local taxes (including income and withholding taxes). All costs and expenses associated with Prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being provided, including but not limited to lodging accommodations, any other transportation costs, luggage fees, meals, gratuities, and other expenses incurred by accepting the Prize are the sole responsibility of (each) Winner. All Prize details are at a Sponsor’s sole discretion.

Each Prize is non-transferable and non-assignable, with no cash redemptions or substitutions except at a Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion. Each Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a Prize (or portion thereof) with one of comparable or greater value, at its sole and absolute discretion. MLS game dates and times are determined in the sole discretion of MLS, and may be subject to change. Seat locations will be determined by Sponsors. The terms and conditions of the tickets awarded as Prizes will govern in the event a MLS game as defined by MLS, is not played due to weather, an act of God, an act of terrorism, civil disturbance, work stoppage or any other reason. Winner and his/her guest(s) agree to comply with all applicable stadium regulations in connection with the Prize. Sponsors and the other MLS Entities reserve the right to remove or deny entry to Winner(s) and/or his/her guest(s) who engage(s) in a non-sportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person at any MLS game. Released Parties (as defined below) will not be responsible for Acts of God, acts of terrorism, civil disturbances, work stoppage or any other natural disaster that may cause the cancellation or postponement of any MLS game.

NOTIFICATION: Each Winner will be notified via email. In the event that any potential Winner does not respond to any such notification within three (3) days of date of issuance, a disqualification will result, Prize will be forfeited and, at the Sponsors’ sole discretion and time permitting, an alternate potential Winner may be chosen from among all remaining eligible entries. Each potential Winner may be required to submit his/her valid social security number (if applicable) and/or other identification to Sponsor and will be required to execute, have notarized and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Release of Liability and, unless prohibited by law, Release of Publicity, within five (5) days of date of issuance. A disqualification will result, Prize will be forfeited and, at the Sponsors’ sole discretion and time permitting, an alternate potential Winner may be randomly selected from among all remaining eligible entries if all required documents are not properly executed and returned within the specified period of time. Refusal or return of such documents as non-deliverable or potential Winner’s noncompliance with these Official Rules will also result in disqualification and Prize forfeiture and, at Sponsor’s sole discretion and time permitting, may cause an alternate potential Winner to be selected from among all remaining eligible entries.

WAIVER OF LIABILITY/PUBLICITY RELEASE: By participating in the Promotion and submitting an entry, each entrant agrees to (i) be bound by these Official Rules, including all entry requirements, and (ii) waive any and all claims against the Sponsors, including Anheuser-Busch, LLC and St. Louis CITY SC and the other MLS Entities, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and each of their respective parents, affiliated companies, subsidiaries, licensees, distributors, dealers, retailers, printers, representatives and advertising and promotion agencies, and any and all other companies associated with the Promotion, and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, agents and representatives (collectively, “Released Parties”) for any injury, damage or loss that may occur, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from the participation in the Promotion or from the receipt or use of any Prize or any travel or activity related to the receipt or use of any Prize. Each Winner, by acceptance of Prize, grants to Sponsors, the other MLS Entities and each of their respective designees the right to publicize such Winner’s name, address (city and state of residence), photograph, voice and/or other likeness and prize information in any and all media now known or hereafter devised, throughout the world, in perpetuity, without additional compensation or consideration, notification or permission, for any purpose, unless prohibited by law.

GENERAL CONDITIONS: Released Parties are not responsible for stolen, late, incomplete, illegible, misdirected, lost, damaged, delayed, undelivered, inaccurate, or garbled entries. Entries generated by a script, macro or other mechanical or automated means or by any means which subvert the entry process will be disqualified. Released Parties are not responsible for lost, interrupted or unavailable network, server, Internet Service Provider (ISP), website, or other connections, availability or accessibility or miscommunications or failed computer, satellite, telephone or cable transmissions, lines, or technical failure or jumbled, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected transmissions or computer hardware or software malfunctions, failures or difficulties, or other errors or difficulties of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic, computer, network, typographical, printing or otherwise relating to or in connection with the Promotion, including, without limitation, errors or difficulties which may occur in connection with the administration of the Promotion, the processing of entries, the announcement of the Prizes or in any Promotion-related materials, or the cancellation or postponement of any MLS game, event or exhibition. Released Parties are also not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by website users, tampering, hacking, or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Promotion. Released Parties are not responsible for injury or damage to entrants' or to any other person's computer, mobile phone or tablet related to or resulting from participating in this Promotion or downloading materials from or use of the website.

In the event that the Promotion is challenged by any legal or regulatory authority, Sponsors reserve the right to discontinue or modify the Promotion, or to disqualify entrants residing in the affected geographic areas. In such event, Released Parties shall have no liability to any entrants who are disqualified due to such an action.

Persons who tamper with or abuse any aspect of the Promotion or website or attempt to undermine the legitimate operation of the Promotion by cheating, deception or other unfair playing practices, or intend to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other entrant or a Sponsor’s representatives or who are in violation of these Official Rules, as solely determined by Sponsors, will be disqualified and all associated entries will be void. Any attempt to deliberately damage the content or operation of this Promotion is unlawful and subject to legal action by the Sponsors, the MLS Entities and/or their respective agents. Sponsors and the MLS Entities shall have the sole right to disqualify any entrant for violation of these Official Rules or any applicable laws relating to the Promotion, and to resolve all disputes in their sole discretion. Released Parties (i) make no warranty, guaranty or representation of any kind concerning any Prize, and (ii) disclaim any implied warranty. All disputes will be resolved under applicable U.S. laws in the state of Missouri without giving effect to choice of law or conflicted law principles (whether of the state of Missouri, or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the state of Missouri. A Sponsor’s failure to enforce any terms of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.

The Sponsors and the other MLS Entities, as applicable, reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to cancel or suspend the Promotion for any reason, including should virus, bugs, unauthorized human intervention, or other causes corrupt the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper operation of the Promotion. In the event of cancellation, Sponsor may elect to identify the Winners and award the Prizes by way of random drawing from among all non-suspect, eligible entries received up to the time of such cancellation.

CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE CONTENT OR LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS PROMOTION IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSORS AND THE MLS ENTITIES WILL DISQUALIFY ANY SUCH ENTRANT AND SPONSORS AND THE MLS ENTITIES RESERVE THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES (INCLUDING ATTORNEYS’ FEES) AND OTHER REMEDIES FROM ANY SUCH ENTRANT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

In the event of a dispute as to the identity or eligibility of a Winner, the winning entry will be declared made by the “Authorized Account Holder” of the email, Facebook, Twitter or Instagram account at the time of entry provided he/she is eligible according to these Official Rules. The “Authorized Account Holder” is defined as the natural person to whom the email provider, Facebook, Twitter or Instagram has assigned the account. Sponsors reserve the right to modify these Official Rules for clarification purposes at any time.

WINNERS’ LIST: For a list of Winners (available after June 28, 2024), mail a self-addressed stamped envelope to: RIVALRY ROAD TRIP Winners’ List, One Center Circle, St. Louis, MO 63103. Winner’s list requests must be received by December 31st, 2024.
