St Louis CITY2 (11-4-2, 36 points) looks to get back to winning ways on Saturday night when they host Chicago Fire II (4-8-5,19 points). Kickoff is set for 8 p.m. CST at Ralph Korte Stadium in Edwardsville, Ill., and can be seen live on mlsnextpro.com. A Spanish version of the broadcast can be heard on Líder Sports Media

Last time out, CITY2 tasted defeat in their away match to first place Tacoma Defiance. CITY2 is the only team in the league with only one road loss. Wan Kuzain scored CITY2’s lone goal of the match. Despite the result, they remain in second place in the Western Conference standing, just four points behind Tacoma Defiance with a game in hand.

Chicago Fire II, currently sitting in eighth place in the Easter Conference table, are 2-4-2 on the road this season. Since June, they have lost four of their eight matches, with their biggest defeat coming to CITY2 who eased to a 5-0 win at SeatGeek Stadium in Chicago when the two sides met on June 11.

Wan Kuzain continued his scoring run, boosting his goal contributions to seven (4 goals, 3 assists) for the campaign. Akil Watts, who provided the pass for Kuzain’s goal, took his tally to a team-high five assists this season.
