With more than 60,000 season-ticket deposits, the record-setting interest in attending matches for St Louis CITY’s inaugural season surpassed all expectations and resulted in the team building a variety of experiences and options for fans wanting to attend matches. St. Louis soccer fans first in line with general reserve season ticket deposits will finally get their chance to select their seats starting on May 18, 2022.

“Our ticketing approach is designed to provide our fans with a variety of potential experiences and viewing options based on the incredible demand and interest in the team and our sincere desire to introduce more St. Louisans to the world’s most popular game,” said STL CITY SC Vice President of Ticket Sales & Service Edmound Elzy. “This approach will take a little more time and effort, but as a Club, we want to do this well for St. Louis. St. Louisans want to see this club and our community succeed, and we’ve enjoyed incredible support from the community.”

Based on the order of their timestamped deposit, general admission ticket deposit holders will have the opportunity to participate in an intimate seat selection process that will allow deposit holders the chance to tour Centene Stadium and purchase their seat in-person or via a virtual meeting for those unable to attend the site. Pricing options and inventory availability capture a wide range of buyers to help ensure that season ticket values are protected on the secondary market, with thirty-three percent (33%) of STL CITY’s non-premium season tickets priced between $20-$40 per game. In October, the club opened up season ticket sales for the 3,000+ seat supporter section at $23 per match.

Season tickets can be purchased in full or via a 12-month payment plan. Deposit ticket holders who were not able to select seats based on limited availability will have the option to be refunded their deposit or join CITY’s membership program and be placed on a waiting list to receive first notification of opportunities for season or limited single-match purchases.

The Club is also introducing its “#STLMade for Soccer” group ticket program, in which, a select number of discounted or no-cost tickets will be available to youth sports organizations, schools, nonprofits, startups, small businesses, and other local heroes who make St. Louis a stronger region and/or promote the STL CITY SC community areas of impact of youth development, community investment, and health and wellness.

“Bridging the gap of soccer in our region by creating sustainable, inclusive, and accessible programming is how we will continue to demonstrate that community is in our DNA. From the very beginning, CITY SC has always been bigger than soccer. We strive to unify our region through the power of sport by collaborating with community organizations and small businesses to revitalize the Downtown West district”, said STL CITY SC Vice President of Community Relations Khalia Collier.

More information will be made available about the STLMade for Soccer program at a later date. All information on current and upcoming ticket sales is found at stlcitysc.com/tickets.
