Basics

What is Kids Club?

Kids Club is a season-long membership for children ages 5–12 that includes; four tickets to the Kids Club-themed CITY2 match on July 26, 2026, a seasonal merch pack, and opportunities to win a chance to participate in additional Kids Club events to come.

Who can enroll?

Only a parent or legal guardian (the Account Holder) may purchase and manage Kids Club memberships through the St. Louis CITY SC app. Each enrolled child (Member) must be between 5–12 years old at the time of purchase. If a Member turns 13 during the season, their membership remains valid through the end of that season.

How long does a Kids Club membership last?

Kids Club memberships align to the active season. Membership purchases made before the annual Kids Club-themed CITY2 match apply to the current season; membership purchases made after that match apply to the following season.

For example: purchases before July 26, 2026 apply to the 2026 season, and purchases afterward apply to the 2027 season. This structure will continue each year.

What’s included this season?

Each membership includes: four CITY2 Kids Club-themed match tickets, a seasonal merch pack (youth scarf, collectible cards, sticker pack, welcome card), discounts available to myCITY+ Members and to Account Holders enrolling multiple children, and opportunities to win a chance to participate in additional Kids Club events to come.

How do I purchase a membership?

Membership may only be purchased directly in the St. Louis CITY SC app using a stored payment method and/or CITY Pay Cash. A stored credit/debit card is required to be put on file for the membership.

Pricing & Renewal

How much does a membership cost?

$39 per child per season. myCITY+ Members receive 10% off each Kids Club membership. Account Holders enrolling multiple children receive 20% off each additional membership.

Does the program auto-renew?

Yes. Kids Club renews automatically each year. On or about January 1, the annual fee is charged to the payment method on file unless the Account Holder turns off Auto-Renewal in the St. Louis CITY SC app. Account Holders will be notified of this prior to being charged.

How do I turn off Auto-Renewal?

In the St. Louis CITY SC app, navigate to Settings → Kids Club and disable Auto-Renewal. Benefits remain through the current season. No refunds or prorated credits are offered.

How do I update my payment method?

In the St. Louis CITY SC app, go to Settings → Kids Club to update your card. Only one card may be stored for billing at a time.

Tickets & Match Access

How do I redeem the four CITY2 tickets?

Account Holders will receive an email with a redemption link leading to a form. Complete the form during the redemption window, and tickets will be delivered digitally through SeatGeek.

When will I receive my CITY2 tickets?

Tickets are delivered ahead of the Kids Club-themed CITY2 match after the Account Holder submits their redemption form.

Merchandise & Shipping

What comes in the merch pack?

A youth scarf, collectible card pack, sticker pack, and a welcome card.

When will my merch pack ship?

Merch packs ship later in the season, and Account Holders will receive a notification when packages are on the way.

What if my merch arrives damaged or goes missing?

Email support at kidsclub@stlcitysc.com or through the St. Louis CITY SC app.

Events, Conduct & Policies

Can members/children attend Kids Club events without an adult?

No. Members must be accompanied by their parent or legal guardian at all times.

What stadium rules apply?

All participants must comply with St. Louis CITY SC, MLS (Major League Soccer), and stadium rules/policies, including security screenings and the Fan Code of Conduct.

Changes & Support

How will St. Louis CITY SC contact me for benefits?

Account Holders will receive communications via the St. Louis CITY SC app account email on file.
