VISION

St. Louis CITY SC aims to set the global standard for accessibility and inclusion in sports—where every guest, of every ability and background, feels welcomed, valued, and empowered to fully experience the joy of the game.

PURPOSE

We exist to create a stadium environment where barriers are broken, voices are heard, and every guest is treated with dignity. With a stadium intentionally designed for accessibility and inclusion—and through continued innovation and collaboration with leading accessibility partners—we’re building the most accessible and welcoming venue in all of sports. Because every guest belongs.

SERVICES

Since 2024, Energizer Park has been an official KultureCity certified Sensory Inclusive venue. Guests with sensory processing disorder can pre-plan their trip to Energizer Park and prepare themselves for the experience by checking out our social story on the KultureCity website and/or app.

There is a permanent Sensory Room, created in partnership with KultureCity & BJC Children’s Hospital, within the Guest Services Center located near Section 142. This room is available on CITY & CITY2 matchdays for neurodivergent guests as well as anyone who needs a space to step away from the action. There are also 15 Sensory Bags that can be checked out from Guest Services. IDs are collected in exchange for Sensory Bags. Sensory Bags may not leave Energizer Park.

In addition to these, there are also three (3) weighted lap pads available to be checked out of Guest Services, and they come with water-filled markers to provide kids with a simple activity to keep them busy while in their seats. These also require ID to be checked out.

Hidden Disabilities Sunflower

Energizer Park is the first stadium in the U.S. to partner with international organization Hidden Disabilities Sunflower, whose program uses discreet wearables enabling fans who have a hidden disability to self-identify to and alert Guest Experience team members to help provide special accommodations. Energizer Park Guest Experience team members receive training on how to support fans with understanding and compassion. Items available in Guest Services near Section 142 for guests include wristbands, lanyards, pins, and small information cards available in English & Spanish. The Hidden Disabilities Sunflower Icon is recognized around the world.

ADA Drop-Off & Accessible Gates

There are two designated ADA drop-offs at Energizer Park. The first is located at Olive and 20th Street closest to the Enterprise (Northeast) Gate due to this gate being our most accessible entry point. There are no stairs, barriers, or other hinderances between the drop-off location and the ticket scanner, and guests can enter right onto the main concourse for a seamless street-to-seat experience. The second drop-off location is on 22nd Street at the Moneta Premium Entrance. All gates are accessible. Accessible parking spaces can be found inside the CITY Garage and are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Audio Description

Mind’s Eye builds a more inclusive community by translating vision into audio for individuals who are blind or visually impaired. Guests can visit the Guest Services Center near Section 142 where they can check out a pair of headphones from a Mind's Eye representative. Audio Description is provided by a Mind’s Eye representative who is located inside the stadium and not our in-house announcers or radio partner.

Closed Captioning

Closed captioning during MLS matches is located on the northeast and northwest ribbon board displays and is provided by VITAC.

Elevators

There are seven (7) elevators accessible from the main concourse to help guests maneuver from one level to another.

Nursing Room

There is a permanent Nursing Room inside of Guest Services. It may be used by anyone, regardless of gender, in need of a space to nurse, feed an infant, pump, etc. The room features a TV to keep up with the action, a fridge, a microwave, a sink, basic bottle cleaning supplies, a changing table, and a coloring activity and play area to keep little ones occupied while using the room.

Restrooms

Family and accessible restrooms can be found adjacent to the following sections, as well as in all Premium Spaces: 101, 110, 117, 127, 142, 215. Accessible restrooms not located in premium spaces are equipped with button-operated automatic doors and cannot be opened or closed manually.

Wheelchair Attendants

Every gate will have a Guest Experience Team member assigned to wheelchair assistance. These individuals coordinate helping guests in need get to and from their seats via a personal or Club-owned wheelchair.

TICKETING POLICIES

ADA Seating

Guests with mobility impairment who require accessible seating are permitted to purchase tickets for accessible seats. This may include people who use wheelchairs, those who use other mobility devices, and people who cannot climb steps or walk long distances. Tickets for accessible seats may be sold to individuals who require accessible seating themselves or to someone purchasing on their behalf.

Purchasing Single Match ADA Tickets

ADA tickets can be purchased online at SeatGeek.com, the official ticketing partner of STL CITY SC. ADA tickets are labeled as accessible seating through the online virtual venue and will go on sale through the same channels following the same timeline as other seating options.

Single Match ADA Exchange

If guests need ADA seating and have tickets in a non-ADA area, they can come on the day of the event and attempt to exchange their ticket(s) for ADA accessible seating. Inventory is extremely limited, and requests are honored on a first-come, first-served basis. All day of event ADA exchanges will be handled at the Box Office or ticketing tables at Sections 111 and 142.
