Alcohol sales in the general seating areas of CITYPARK will end at the 75-minute mark for CITY matches. Alcohol sale end times will vary for Premium areas and other stadium events. Staff members at CITYPARK strongly encourage guests to exercise and exhibit responsible consumption of alcoholic beverages. Patrons must be at least 21 years of age in order to purchase alcoholic beverages. Guests should be aware of the following policies during events at CITYPARK:
Any guest that shows signs of impairment and/or intoxication will be denied entry to or will be removed from CITYPARK and subject to arrest.No alcoholic beverages can be brought into the stadium. Any attempt to bring outside alcohol not purchased in CITYPARK into the stadium will result in ejection and confiscation of the guest's ticket. Alcohol purchased inside the stadium cannot be taken off the premises and must be consumed/discarded prior to the guests exiting the gates.
The State of Missouri prohibits the sale of alcohol to persons under the age of 21. In compliance with State and Federal law, guests should be prepared to present proper identification upon the request of a staff member.
Concession staff reserve the right to deny service to any guest that shows signs of inebriation or intoxication.
Guests possessing alcohol that do not present proper identification when requested by a staff member will be ejected.
Each guest can purchase and possess a maximum of two alcoholic beverages per transaction, including at Markets.
Guests are encouraged to utilize rideshare options or the Metrolink.
Stadium management maintains the right to change these policies at any time.

As part of our ongoing efforts to reduce waste, CITYPARK does not use single-use plastic for food and beverages. The aluminum cups guests receive for beverages may be taken home, but may not be brought back in to the stadium.

Service animals are allowed inside CITYPARK with guests that need their assistance. Emotional Support animals are not permitted inside CITYPARK.

Every match will feature American Sign Language Interpretation provided by DEAF, Inc.

CITYPARK is a 100% cashless establishment and has no ATMs. This includes inside the Together Credit Union Club.

Travelling away fans should contact their home club for information about away tickets, as each club handles this process differently. Away fans at CITYPARK will be seated, for the most part, in Section 200.

All guest-accessible restrooms at CITYPARK are equipped with baby changing stations, as is the Nursing Room in the Guest Services Center.

All bags entering the Stadium are subject to inspection. CITYPARK Stadium observes the MLS Best Practices and as such, only clear bags measuring 14" x 14" x 6" or smaller may be permitted through all gates. Wallets and clutches under 5" x 7" by 2" will be permitted. Guests can expect to open their bags for inspection upon the request of security personnel and failure to do so may result in the guest being denied entry. Guests with medical conditions and diaper bags will be granted a bag policy exemption on a case-by-case basis. Backpacks (including purse backpacks and clear backpacks) are not permitted inside CITYPARK. Guests may also enter with a shopping bag with merchandise from our Team Stores after a search of said shopping bag(s).

Guests are encouraged to show their support for our beloved Club through banners, flags & signs. These items are subject to inspection upon entry to the Stadium and may only be brought in as long as:
-They do not contain commercial, political or offensive content.
-They are not larger than 3' tall x 2' wide.
-They do not (in any way) damage stadium property.
-They do not obstruct existing stadium signage.
-They are made of a lightweight material and do not have sharp edges.
-Banners, flags & signs should not be utilized in such a manner that they hinder another guest's view of the match.

There are 12 bike racks on the West side of the Stadium, 8 on the Lou Fusz Plaza, and 36 inside the CITY Garage. Guests are responsible for providing their own bike locks. Bicycles are not permitted through the gates of the Stadium.

Blankets are permitted inside CITYPARK and are subject to inspection.

Guests are not permitted to bring outside beverages or empty bottles into the Stadium. This includes water bottles. Guests also must have cans opened and bottle tops removed at points-of-purchase.

CITYPARK does not have a Box Office where guests can purchase or collect tickets. All tickets must be purchased online. Our "Box Office" on the East side of the Stadium serves to assist guests with ticket issues during events. The Box Office will not print tickets.

CAMERASGuests are welcome to bring any non-flash, still cameras into CITYPARK to take pictures of the game or of the facility itself. Cameras must have a lens that is less than six inches in length. Video cameras, tripods, monopods, and selfie sticks are prohibited. All cameras are subject to search and all camera cases are subject to the Bag Policy Standards.

CITYPARK is a 100% tobacco-free campus. This includes chewing tobacco, snus, dip, and all other variations of tobacco.

Children aged 2 and under do not require a ticket, but must sit in the accompanying adult's lap.

CITYVIEW Terrace is an all-inclusive space on the 4th floor of Stadium West. Guests can email to inquire about tickets for this space.

Closed captioning is located on the Northeast and Northwest ribbon board displays and is provided by VITAC.

Due to the bag policy restriction, guests will not be permitted to bring personal computers into CITYPARK without special prior approval.

Conversation Tables are located on the four corners of the main concourse, and are for ticketed guests only. Guests may not sit nor congregate near these tables without a ticket. Guests can email for more information.

Guests that do not adhere to the Codes of Conduct and those who create disturbances will be ejected at the discretion of CITYPARK staff. Guests may face prosecution if the situation calls for it. Disturbances include, and are not limited to:
-Standing on chairs or benches
-Intoxicated and disorderly conduct
-Fighting or challenging others to fight
-"Mooning" or exposing private body parts
-Interference with or delay of the game/event
-Violation of the local, state, and federal laws and statutes
-Igniting and display of flames, i.e. lighters/matches, in the facility bowl
-Attempting to enter the field of play without permission
-Throw, discharge, or launch any liquid substance or objects other than paper confetti
-Willfully and maliciously disturbing another guest/employee with loud and unreasonable noise or behavior
-Using profanity and/or offensive words which are likely to provoke a violent reaction from others
-Taunting or using offensive language against the players, referees, employees or performers

Management reserves the right to deny entry to guests wearing clothing items displaying offensive language and/or images. Shoes must be worn at all times.

Guests may not bring drones and other unmanned recording devices into the Stadium. Only law enforcement and St. Louis CITY SC & MLS pre-approved devices will be allowed to maneuver the airspace. Please report all flying devices to a Guest Experience Area Manager or CSC Supervisor.

Guests that refuse to follow the direction of CITYPARK staff or fail to comply with the MLS Code of Conduct and CITYPARK Rules & Regulations may be subject to ejection without a refund, and may lose future ticket privileges. Additionally, guests may be subject to legal prosecution.

There are seven (7) elevators accessible from the main concourse to help guests maneuver from one level to another.

CITYPARK is a 100% smoke-free establishment. This includes electronic cigarettes, vape pens, and all other smoking devices.

In accordance with MLS and STL CITY SC Security procedures, guests will not be permitted to re-enter the stadium with the same ticket.

First Aid responders are available at all full-stadium events to assist any guest with medical needs. There are two First Aid Rooms: one located behind Section 142 on the Main Concourse, and a second located behind Sections 225/226 on the Upper Concourse. Guests may also contact the nearest Guest Experience Team member for assistance or directions to First Aid.

CITYPARK has concessions to cater to people with all types of dietary restrictions. Guests are not permitted to bring outside food into CITYPARK.

Anybody with any ticket can enter through the main corner gates. We encourage guests with tickets to the CITYVIEW Terrace, Suites, Together Credit Union Club, West Theater Loge, Pitch Boxes and Moneta Pitch Club Spaces to enter through the Moneta Premium Entrance located on the west side of the stadium. We also encourage those with tickets to the ULTRA Club to enter through the Market entrance located on the south side of the stadium.

Areas like the Conversation Tables and CITYVIEW Terrace are great spaces for groups to sit together and enjoy an event. Guests can email for more information about these tickets.

The HELLCAT bar located in the Northwest corner of the main concourse can be accessed by any guest with any ticket. Patrons must be 21 or older in order to be served.

Unruly guests may be referred to Law Enforcement in certain situations. These include instances of confirmed inebriation, trespassing, unruly and disruptive behavior, etc.

All items found inside the Stadium during an event are kept in the Guest Services Center. Guests seeking lost items are to fill out this form. Valuable items are stored in the safe and cannot be claimed without the presence of a security director or manager. Prohibited items are not turned in to Lost & Found.

The Lou Fusz Plaza on the East Side of the Stadium serves as a gameday pregame venue where fans can enjoy activations, performances, concessions and more, all prior to entering the gates for a match.

Only guests with tickets for the ULTRA Club may enter through this entry point.

Guests can skip traditional concession lines by visiting one of the Markets located around the Stadium. Some Markets place a temporary authorization hold on certain cards - this charge falls off after a few business days.

The closest MetroLink stop to CITYPARK is at Union Station. STL CITY SC encourages guests and employees to utilize the MetroLink whenever possible, as it provides a hassle-free way to get to the Stadium while reducing traffic in the city streets. It is also a sustainable mode of travel.

CITYPARK currently does not offer Military-specific tickets or discounts.

The Moneta Pitch Club is only accessible by guests with a ticket for the Pitch Club, or for a Pitch Box. Guests can email to inquire about tickets for this space.

Guests with tickets for the Moneta Pitch Club, Pitch Boxes, CITYVIEW Terrace, Suites, West Theater Loge, and Together Credit Union Club may enter the stadium through the Moneta Premium Entry.

The National Anthems of teams from any country being represented will always be sung by a live performer before a match.

This room is available for anyone, regardless of gender, in need of a space where they can nurse, pump, calm or feed an infant, warm a bottle, or generally provide a baby with a break from the action on the concourse.

Any attempt to enter or access the playing field (or other restricted areas) without the proper credentials will be considered trespassing and is grounds for immediate ejection and arrest.

All St. Louis CITY SC MLS games will be broadcast in English on Y98.1 FM, and in Spanish on KXOK 102.9 FM.

Guests can easily be dropped off or hail a ride on Locust between 20th and 21st Street.

SeatGeek is the official ticketing partner of STL CITY SC. The Club issues tickets directly to SeatGeek. Guests should be aware that tickets purchased through other avenues may not be authentic and therefore not valid for entry to the stadium.

There are multiple entities providing security at every CITYPARK event, up to and including armed law enforcement. All guests, media, and staff must pass through the appropriate security checkpoints on any given day. Failure to do so will result in denial of entry to the premises. Staff are required to wear their identifying credentials at all times while on the premises in a working capacity.

Guests can check out sensory bags from the Guest Services Center on matchdays. Guests must swap an ID card for the bag.

This room, created in partnership with St. Louis Children's Hospital and KultureCity, is available for guests who need a space to step away from the action. This room is also located inside the Guest Services Center.

CITYPARK is a 100% smoke-free establishment. This includes cigarettes, cigars, electronic smoking devices, and all other forms of smokable items. Guests will not be permitted to exit the venue to smoke. Guests that do not adhere to this strict policy will be subject to ejection.

The St. Louis CITY SC Street Team is a unique fleet of charismatic, knowledgeable, entrepreneurial, and dynamic brand ambassadors that represent the CITY SC organization at all home games and various grassroots marketing events throughout the St. Louis Metro area each season. The Street Team engages with the local community to drive brand awareness and provide information about upcoming matches and other CITY happenings.

The Suites are located on the 3rd Floor of the Stadium West Side. Guests can email to inquire about tickets for this space.

The Supporter Section is distinguishable by the seats locked in an upright position, and the standing safety rails in front of the locked seats. This is in order to cater to the "heartbeat" of the stadium. Beating drums, flying flags, and non-stop chants will echo and ripple in this section where everyone will be on their feet the whole time during matches. TRESPASSINGIndividuals caught trespassing on CITYPARK property will be referred to law enforcement and promptly prosecuted.

The ULTRA Club is a premium space on the South Side of the Upper Concourse. Guests can email to inquire about tickets for this space.

Weapons including but not limited to the following are prohibited:
-Stun gun
-Martial arts instruments
-Pepper spray/tear gas
-Knives (of any size)
-Brass knuckles / Sticks / clubs / batons
-Other items deemed as potential weapons
Guests found in possession of the afore-mentioned items will be asked to remove the item from the facility or dispose of it. Guests who refuse to comply will be ejected from the facility and may be subject to arrest.

The West Theater Loge is an all-inclusive space on the West Side of the Main Concourse. Guests can email to inquire about tickets for this space.

Guests in need of wheelchairs can alert a Guest Experience Team Member at any gate. Guest Experience will dispatch a representative with a wheelchair to the guest's location and escort them to and from their seating section.
